    The Special Milk Program provides milk to children in schools, child care institutions and eligible camps that do not participate in other Federal child nutrition meal service programs. The program reimburses schools and institutions for the milk they serve. Schools in the National School Lunch or School Breakfast Programs may also participate. MySchoolBucks is a website for parents to pay for their childs school meals using a credit or debit card. With this online service, parents can also view a childs cafeteria purchases, make payments for their children even if they attend different schools, and set up automatic email reminders to be notified when a payment is needed.

    The National School Lunch Program is a federally assisted meal program operating in over , public and non-profit private schools and residential child care institutions.
